Q.I am currently pregnant with my second child. my first daughter will be 11 years old in september and I am four months pregnant and want to know what kind of damage can hair color cause on my unborn baby?

Olivia - There is some mixed opinion on hair dye safety in pregnancy. I will often recommend to my clients that it is safe as long as done in a well ventilated area. However -since there is mixed opinion, I would follow the advise of your own care provider. Cathy Hartt, RN, MS, Health Coach
