I have been a registered nurse for 20 years. As a perinatal RN, I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of the positions I have had. In 1996, I earned the distinction of "International Board Certified Lactation Consultant". In my current role of owning Becoming Mothers, the maternity and breastfeeding speciality boutique in the Village Shopping Center in Boulder, I am able to weave together all of my professional experiences which includes Labor and Delivery RN, lactation consultant, certified childbirth/lactation educator, and early parenting educator. I strive to make a difference in the lives of expectant and new parents as they embark on the most exciting, and sometimes difficult, phase of family life.

Our clothing selection reflects fashion trends, yet is chosen so as to be practical and reasonably priced. The staff at Becoming Mothers is personable and will give you the feeling of "shopping with a friend." When it comes to breastfeeding, the entire staff has expertise in selecting nursing bras, breastfeeding accessories and breastpumps.
